Bossy Burger Box, Jerk-Marinated Chicken, Andouille, Chicken & Tasso Jambalaya

In the produce world: it's time for fresh California Cherries- they are so delicious and juicy right now. There's still some time left for Muscat Grapes and Champagne Mangoes, and we have a limited amount of non-seasonal but quite tasty Driscoll "Sweetest Batch" Raspberries. Now is a great time for NJ Asparagus, Snap Peas, Fiddlehead Ferns, and Spring Salad Onions.
Picture yourself on your porch, rose or your favorite craft beer in hand, grilling up Jerk-marinated Chicken and grazing on Pickled Shrimp and Pimento Cheese. Someone's inside building kabobs out of our Adobo-rubbed Hanger Steak Tips, Cremini Mushrooms, Spanish Onions, and Bell Peppers- find them all in our catalog. Or maybe you just want burgers, and you want them to impress: our Bossy Burger Box will get you there, because what's better than a pimento cheese burger? One with our prime "butcher's" burger blend, our favorite zucchini pickles, and some "Craigie on Main" ketchup, all on a Steel & Rye seeded bun. Yes.
And we've got some ambitious sides to round things out: Andouille, Chicken & Tasso Jambalaya with Fire-Roasted Tomatoes, plus a chopped salad featuring organic Romaine, Black-eyed Peas, Tomatoes, Avocado, and an Aji Amarillo-Citrus dressing. It has cilantro- yum- but if you're a cilantro hater, just let me know and we'll leave it off. Don't want you to miss out.
I'm afraid to take the Steel-Cut Oats off the menu, ever, because the response has been astounding. This week, we're doing a version with Medjool Dates, Toasted Walnuts, and Soom Tahini. So glad you all like it!
