Some highlights for this week:

We are offering ready to roast wings this week, three different ways: dry rub wings (for tons of flavor and no sticky fingers), a special buffalo sauce made with Tina's hot sauce, and a sticky soy-glazed wing with ginger, scallions & lemongrass. We will also be offering beef & bean chili made with Pineland Farms ground beef, and some cast-iron skillet cornbread wedges. We will also have Tina's buffalo chicken dip, our Texas caviar, and some salted brown butter rice crispy treats.

Some suggestions from us:

  • Eat the chili with the cornbread. Toast the cornbread in butter, and top the chili with sour cream, grated cheddar and sour cream.
  • Get all three wings and enjoy a trio. If you're going to roast wings, why not have them a few different ways? With our rubs and sauces, it's no extra work. Don't forget to get some of our Great Hill Blue cheese dressing and celery.
  • Make an awesome chopped salad with Little Gem lettuce topped with Texas caviar. Some avocado and/or cheddar would be welcome here too.
  • If you really want to make it a feast, grab some sliders or Italian sausage- both new to the catalog this week
